Donate to the “I Saved Jack & the Bear” Campaign

Greetings everyone! let’s get right to the point in this first sentence. We are about to record at the same studio as Tom Waits with the same producer that made some of our favorite (Grammy Award Winning) albums of all time… 

But we’re going to need some help -

With Tom Waits being an absolutely huge influence on the bands song writing and live show Brandon James sought out to find what made his sound so appealing; leading him to discovering Prairie Sun Studios in Sonoma County, California.

After viewing the cliental list consisting of Paul McCartney, Kenny Loggins, Steel Train, Nine Inch Nails, Iggy Pop, Bob Marley, Primus, George Clinton, The Ramones, Meat Loaf, Tom Waits and so much more brothers Adam and Brandon along with the rest of the band became interested instantaneously.

After a couple exchanges of emails and a few calls Prairie Sun Studios happily agreed to take on Jack & the Bear with the assistance of Oz Fritz who produced the Grammy Award winning album “Mule Variations” along with many others.

The now ecstatic band begins plotting out their plan to get the money to record their first full length album at a near perfect studio by some of the best producers in the business. However with a professional studio comes professional pricing which is actually pretty affordable considering all that’s been done at this magnificent place. With the costs of engineers, assistants, lodging, gas money, studio rental, mastering, promotion and duplication our goal amounts to around $10,000. Also we plan on touring all the way there and back so we’ll be reaching out to many of you generous people along the way. Now… I know what you’re thinking “Whoa these guys are CRAZY” but it’s not so crazy when you think about this as a once in a lifetime opportunity and think how much schooling costs for students all over the world. We are going to be accepting any bit of money we can receive though especially with a down payment due as soon as possible. That’s where you come in…

We need your help folks…we’ll be more than happy to do darn near anything to get the currency we need to make our dream a reality.
